Founded by Chelsi Sparks, a visionary with over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, our mission is to empower stylists and salon owners to dream big, grow without limits, and step into their full potential. Through continuous learning, growth, and inspiration, we break boundaries and redefine what’s possible for our lives and businesses.
​Throughout her career, Chelsi has gained a wide range of experience, from salon management and teaching in beauty schools to serving as an artistic director. In that role, she partnered with 90+ salons and top industry hair brands, helping stylists and leadership teams refine their skills. While she loved and appreciated all of those opportunities, her greatest adventure has been building her own business and brand as an independent stylist, educator, and salon owner of Be The Change Beauty Studio. Her goal is to share her passion for education through Be The Change Beauty Institute’s online courses, nurturing stylists and giving them the confidence to elevate their skills and techniques behind the chair.
